2025 Urban Water Management Plan

Linda County Water District (LCWD) provides water service directly to more than 3,000-customer connections in its water service area and is therefore classified as an urban water supplier and required to prepare and adopt an Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) in accordance with the Urban Water Management Planning Act (California Water Code Section 10610 et seq.). The UWMP is a planning document, which reports, describes, and evaluates water deliveries and uses, water supply sources, and conservation efforts. The UWMP also includes LCWD’s Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). The WSCP includes a discussion of LCWD’s management and planned actions to respond to actual water shortage conditions.
