Notice of Ordinance of the Board of Directors of the Linda County Water District Amending Cross-Connection Control Program

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LINDA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AMENDING CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL PROGRAM

At its regular meeting on October 13 2025, the Board of Directors of the Linda County Water District (“District”) adopted Ordinance No. 150, to amend the District’s Cross-Connection Control Program to comply with the State Water Resources Board Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to Water Code sections 30523 and 30579.5 and other applicable law. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage.

Ordinance No. 150 was enacted unanimously with Directors Knudson, McAleer, Whitaker, and Stevens voting in favor, Director Saunders was absent.
